JVM adaptive mode

Also referred to as dynamic JVM selection mode. This mode allows Talend Remote Engine and Talend JobServer to automatically select the appropriate Java instance for executing artifacts, based on the artifact's Java compatibility level.

This mode ensures the correct Java version is used for each artifact's execution.
