User Attribute Mapping

The User Attribute Mapping tab specifies a mapping from the external user account attributes to Talend Data Catalog user attributes (login, full name, email, etc.).

Steps

  1. Sign in as a user with at least theApplication Administratorcapability global role assignment
  2. Go to MANAGE > Users in the banner.
  3. Click ConfigureAuthentication.
  4. Go to the Attribute Mappings tab.

Information note

Attribute mapping is only valid for LDAP, OAuth and SAML methods.

Sign in as Administrator and go to MANAGE > Users.

Click Configure Authentication and then the Attribute Mappings tab.

Choices of attributes may vary by authentication method enabled.
