Talend Management Console

New features

Feature Description
Pause or resume task and plan executions

You can now pause or resume task and plan executions, for example when fixing an issue for a failed task or plan or during a maintenance period, to make sure no executions will happen during these events.

You can pause and resume a task or plan from its details page or from the Tasks or Plans tabs.

Once paused, no executions will be possible for this task or plan anymore, including scheduled, manual, API, or webhook.
You can find paused tasks or plans by using the new State filter option from the Tasks or Plans tabs.
SCIM provisioning and SSO role mapping

Set up SCIM provisioning to easily manage and synchronize user identities across your identity provider and Talend Cloud.

SCIM (Cross-domain Identity Management) is an open standard designed to help across-platform user identity management.

If you enable SSO at the same time, you can also set up role mapping between your SSO provider and Talend Cloud to automatically synchronize role assignments across the two systems.

For further information, see Managing and synchronizing user identities across your identity provider and Talend Cloud.

If the Just-in-time user provisioning option is already used when you set up the role mapping, for any given user, the roles assigned by this role mapping override those provided by the just-in-time option.
