Starting and stopping Qlik Talend Cloud Migration Toolkit

Procedure

  1. Run the start_qtcmt.bat or start_qtcmt.sh file based on your operating system to start Qlik Talend Cloud Migration Toolkit.
    The command prompt window displays the following message: 
    You are about to start the Qlik Talend Cloud Migration Toolkit.
The application can be accessed at the url: http://LT-33C1673:7777/qtcmt
A web page will be automatically loaded in your default browser at this url.
  2. Confirm that you have the required Java version and press any key to continue.
    • On Windows, Qlik Talend Cloud Migration Toolkit page opens in your default browser.
      Information noteNote:
      The page may show a timeout message after a few seconds with an error:
      The site can't be reached.

      Wait for the page to refresh automatically, which occurs after a handful of seconds, at the end of the application initialization.

      If you close the Web page, you can use the URL http://localhost:7777/qtcmt to access the application.

    • On other operating systems, open the URL http://localhost:7777/qtcmt in your browser to display the Qlik Talend Cloud Migration Toolkit page.

    To terminate the application, close the command prompt window or press Ctrl+C.
