Committing changes manually to Git

About this task

With the manual Git commit mode enabled, you need to commit changes you have made in Talend Studio in the Talend Git Staging view.

Procedure

  1. Add the item or items of interest to the Staged Changes area.
  2. Type in your commit message in the Commit Message area.
  3. Click the Commit button.

Results

Your changes are committed to Git. You still need to push them to the remote end. For more information, see Pushing changes on a local branch to the remote end.
