Importing metadata from a CSV file

Talend Studio enables you to migrate metadata from any application to the Talend Studio metadata.

This feature is not shipped with Talend Studio by default. You need to install it using the Feature Manager. For more information, see Installing features using the Feature Manager.

In the Metadata node of the Repository tree view, you can import metadata from a CSV file on an external application.

This option is available only for database connections (Db Connections) and delimited files (File delimited).
