Checking compilation status of projects

About this task

To checking the compilation status of your projects, proceed as follows:

In the Menu tree view of Talend Administration Center, click Migration Check to open the corresponding page.
Click the CommandLine buttons on the top toolbar to configure the connections to the source (old) and target (new) CommandLine applications.
Note that the source Commandline application is optional. You can configure it if you want to know whether the Jobs were generated successfully in the source version. If it's not configured, only the new version will be shown.

Select the projects in the source or target versions that you want to check .

Click Start on the top toolbar to start the migration check of your projects.
In the pop-up window that opens, enter the paths to the local directories where the database and report will be stored and click OK.

The migration check starts and reports are generated. For more information on reports, see Accessing detailed reports on migration.

The migration check results are listed in the project list.

Icon	Meaning
	The project migration check does not contain any error.
	The project migration check contains errors.
	The project is not included in the migration check.
