Assigning roles

Assign roles to specific users using the Role Details page.

Procedure

  1. Go to Users & Security > Roles.
  2. Click the name of the role.
  3. In the Users tab, select one or more users from the list.

    If the list of users is too long, start typing the user name in the search field.

    Search for and select user named MJ Smith.
  4. Save your changes.

Results

The permissions of the selected users are updated instantly.
