The encrypt.sh file under the directory
<MDM_ROOT>/tools/encrypt enables you to encrypt plain text
passwords using the MDM
encryption key in a terminal.
After that, the encrypted passwords can be used in configuration files
directly.
Procedure
Open a terminal instance.
Enter the full directory that navigates to the
encrypt.sh file.
Run the command encrypt <your_password>
<mdm_encryption_key> to encrypt your password.
The encrypted password is displayed accordingly.
