Starting and stopping sequences

problem, you need to follow a certain sequence.
To successfully start Talend Data Stewardship and its dependencies, follow the below order:
- Apache ZooKeeper
- Kafka
- MongoDB
- MinIO
- Talend Administration Center
- Talend Identity and Access Management Service
