Working with functions
Talend Data Mapper relies on a large set of functions to create expressions and perform transformations.
Standard maps use functions based on xQuery. The reference documentation for these functions, along with some examples, can be found in the Talend Data Mapper Functions Reference Guide.
DSQL maps use Data Shaping Query Language functions and expressions. These are documented in the Talend Data Shaping Language Reference Guide.
