REST API Definitions

REST (Representational State Transfer) API allows you to use HTTP requests to GET, PUT, POST, and DELETE data.

Through the user interface of Talend Data Mapper, you can easily import a REST API description from a REST API metadata node and immediately view the content of the node.

After you import a REST API description using the REST API Definitions option, Talend Data Mapper extracts the descriptions of the data structures and creates a Structure with a default JSON representation.
