You can access a dashboard created and shared by other users, in read-only
mode.
Before you begin
The owner has shared the dashboard with you.
Procedure

Go to .

Click the Shared with Me
tab.

Select a user from the OWNER list or enter a text in the search box.

Click the SEARCH
button.

Select a dashboard in the search results and open it.
You can view the dashboard and add it to your
favorites.
To edit a dashboard owned by other users, you need to create a
copy and save it as a new dashboard.
