Installing the Talend Cloud API Tester Google Chrome extension

Install the Google Chrome extension required to use Talend Cloud API Tester.

Before you begin

You have installed Google Chrome.

Procedure

  1. From your Talend Cloud portal, scroll down to Talend API Tester and click Launch.
    You can also do this from Talend Cloud API Designer, by clicking Try in API Tester on any API or operation. If the extension is not installed already, you will be directed to the Chrome Web Store.
  2. Click Add to Chrome, then Add extension.

Results

Your extension is installed and a new icon appears to the right of the address bar on Google Chrome. You can now open Talend Cloud API Tester directly from your browser by clicking the extension icon.

You can also access it from the Talend Cloud portal page, from Talend Cloud API Designer or from Talend Studio.
