Classifications for SaaS application connectors

To accelerate the availability of new SaaS application connectors, Qlik may initially develop some connectors for a specific use case and then release them with a Lite label.

Lite connectors are fully supported by Qlik in accordance with Qlik’s Service Level Agreement (SLA) for critical issues related to data integrity, security, and reliability. The primary distinction is that Lite connectors are tested against a limited set of use cases, which are outlined in the documentation. Qlik Connectors may not include all available source objects and/or tables. All Qlik Talend Cloud subscriptions allow you to replicate data from both Lite and Standard connectors, with pricing based on data volume rather than connector type.

A Lite connector may be upgraded to a Standard connector upon validation of additional use cases. This process ensures broader functionality and enhanced support as adoption increases.
